Tracking your Package

As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number through email so that you can track the status of your shipment on FedEx’s website. If you have not received a tracking number and your order status is complete, please check your account history order details and the tracking number will be located at the bottom on the page.

Please allow an extra day for shipment if your shipment period encompasses a FedEx holiday.

If you prefer to have your order shipped to a P.O. Box, we will ship it via USPS Priority mail with an estimated delivery of 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time if shipping to US Territories or APO/FPO addresses.

If you require your shipment at an earlier date, we offer FedEx Standard Overnight to all available areas for an additional charge that is calculated during checkout.

A Note on Delays

Every order placed by 6pm Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time will leave our warehouse in a FedEx truck. However, Heels.com cannot control the status of your shipment after it leaves our hands. FedEx may incur delays due to weather issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

Also, please note that inconsistencies in your order (such as differing billing and shipping addresses) may possibly delay your order. Please enter a valid phone number in your account information to avoid delays.

Secure Delivery

For the convenience and protection of our customers, we offer the option of shipping your order with a Direct Signature Required. All orders over $300 are shipped signature required at no charge, unless otherwise selected by the customer. Orders under $300 have the option of adding a signature required delivery for a $3 fee.

Please be aware that by selecting to send your package without a signature required, you are agreeing to be liable should your package be lost in transit or after delivery.

Free Shipping & Returns

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 90 days for a refund. We’ll even pay for return shipping!
