As affiliates, you get to see very little of what goes on at iContact. If you have an iContact account, you may speak with someone at customer service or tech support, but rarely do you even speak with someone at the company, let alone get to see into the company culture. Why is this important for affiliates to see? Well, I’m not sure that it is. However, to me it’s great to get a glimpse inside of an industry leading company and see what keeps them going and what makes them tick. So, to do this, iContact has created the iContactTV channel on YouTube where the post videos regularly as iNews. The videos can be anything from video staff surveys to impromptu celebrations.

This video chronicles the decorating contest that iContact recently had, for which employees stayed nights and came in on weekends to work on (they actually did work during the day I’ve been told).
